How do you reset your forgotten password?

A common question we get asked is if customers have forgotten their password, how do they reset it? It is quite simple you'll be glad to hear. This is a step by step guide to help you.

Step 1. Firstly, on the home page, at the top right of your screen, there is a 'Your Account' icon. Hover your mouse over the 'Your Account' icon and click 'Sign in'.

Step 2. From there, at the bottom of the menu you will see a 'Forgot password?' button. Click that and put in your email address that your account was associated with, then click the 'Email Instructions' button. this will send an email to you with a link to reset your password.

If you do not know your email address either, contact us through our telephone number, our email, live chat option on the webshop or our social media and we can assist you.

Step 4. Find the email you have been sent and click the link to reset your password.

Step 5. You will be taken back to the webshop and land on a page for you to type in your new password! Remember that the longer your password, the more secure it is.
